HOW CAN I CONNECT WITH HSB FOR A BID?
The simplest way is to email our Bid Administrator, karina@hsbconstructioncorp.com or call (443)255-2252 to speak with a project manager. Additionally, we utilize ConstructionConnect for bid management. If you utilize ConstructionConnect please reach out to us through the software portal.
ARE YOU A MINORITY CERTIFIED CONTRACTOR?
Hospitality Services of Baltimore is currently working towards receiving minority certification in Maryland and surrounding areas. Final certification is anticipated early 2021.
DO YOU TYPICALLY BID AS A GENERAL CONTRACTOR OR SUBCONTRACTOR?
Both options are available, depending on the job. However, for typical renovation work Hospitality Services of Baltimore acts as the General Contractor.
